10th & 11th Dec 2011	Movie for a Cause – 2012 Aashayein Hyderabad is organizing the most rejoicing event “Movie for a Cause – 2012” where more than 200 children will be the audience. The event is slated for January 2012. A similar event has been conducted in Summer Camp-2009 and it was a great success. The photographs of it can be viewed here. This initiative has also been featured in an article in Deccan Chronicle Hyd edition, 6th Dec 2011. Read the article here. Below is the list of activities and we are inviting nominations for them. 1.       Social Media & Marketing Team: Create buzz about the event on FB. 2.       Sponsorship Team: Finding sponsors for the event. 3.       Marketing Team: Need to talk to PVR and Prasad’s management and finalize the itinerary. 4.       Sales Team: Should help in the sale of approx 125-150 tickets which will start 2-3 weeks before the event.  5.       Media & Press Team: This will be required from Jan 1st week. Volunteers should get in touch with some of the TV channels and Newspapers folks to cover our event. 6.       Logistics & D-Day Team: Require volunteers from Jan 1st week. You can take part in the event by - ·         Nominating yourself for any one of the teams. ·         Taking leadership for any of the activities. ·         Identifying sponsors and let us know ASAP. Once you have nominated yourself, we can start working as teams. Please send your nomination to info.hyd@aashayeinfoundation.org mentioning the team you would want to be in. Directions: From Secunderabad come towards Bata, on the way you will reach Railway Bridge. there you will find MCH Library building towards your left side, Ashram is located in the same premises of it. Number of kids: 35 between age group 7 to 21 and 3 staff Breakfast Timing: 7:30 AM to 8:00AM SBA Contact Person:  Srinath 9676199473 SBA Report – 4th Dec 2011 Last week (4th dec,2011), SBA activity was carried out at AMMA Foundation, SAROOR NAGAR. We reached the place around 8AM. Kids were ready by the time we reached. Then breakfast was served and after interaction with a few kids we left the place. The ashram is well maintained and the most impressive thing was the way they have become self sufficient. No specific needs were to be seen because of their planning. Special thanks to Avyaktha from Dilsuknagar for sponsoring the breakfast.
