Film Chale Hum – 2012

Aashayein Hyderabad is organizing the most rejoicing event “Film Chale Hum – 2012” where more than 200 children will be the audience. The event will be on 12^th Feb 2012. 

A similar event has been conducted in Summer Camp-2009 and it was a great success. The photographs of it can be viewed here.

 This initiative has also been featured in an article in Deccan Chronicle Hyd edition, 6th Dec 2011. Read the article here.

Below is the list of activities and we are inviting nominations for them.

·     Social Media & Marketing Team: Create buzz about the event on FB.

·     Sponsorship Team: Finding sponsors for the event.

·     Marketing Team: Need to talk to PVR and Prasad’s management and finalize the itinerary.

·     Sales Team: Should help in the sale of approx 125-150 tickets which will start 2-3 weeks before the event.

·     Media & Press Team: This will be required from Jan 1st week. Volunteers should get in touch with some of the TV channels and Newspapers folks to cover our event.

·     Logistics & D-Day Team: Require volunteers from Jan 1st week.

You can take part in the event by –

·     Nominating yourself for any one of the teams.

·     Taking leadership for any of the activities.

·     Identifying sponsors and let us know ASAP.

Once you have nominated yourself, we can start working as teams. Please send your nomination toinfo.hyd@aashayeinfoundation.org mentioning the team you would want to be in.

This week SBA on 8^th Jan is at Sannihitha Rainbow Home - Girls.

Breakfast Time: 07:00 a.m.

Directions: Ashram is located opposite to Taruni, Parklane, Secunderabad.

Report of SBA on 1st Jan 2012

Last weekend SBA activity was carried out at “Sannihitha Boys Rainbow home”, Parklane, Secunderabad. We reached the place at 8:30 AM. After serving breakfast to the kids, biscuits, sweets and chocolates were distributed. Later we had lots of fun playing cricket with them. We would like to thank Parameshwari for bringing chocolates and Sandya for bringing biscuits for kids. Special thanks to Samta Jain and Abishek Jain for sponsoring the Breakfast.
